自体脂肪填充联合线雕在面部年轻化中的应用

摘要
目的观察自体脂肪填充联合线雕改善面部凹陷及紧致提拉皮肤使面部年轻化的疗效。方法 2016年7月～2017年8月,采用面部自体脂肪填充联合线雕的方法对34例面部凹陷伴面部皮肤松弛的患者进行手术治疗。本组34例患者,均为女性;年龄32～45岁,平均38岁。本研究的患者在实施手术前经过评估为面部凹陷伴面部皮肤松弛。结果术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,未见明显瘀血肿胀、面部凹凸不平、功能障碍。对接受手术的患者术后进行严格的跟踪随访,随访时间3～12个月,平均随访时间10个月,随访结果显示术后患者的面部凹陷明显改善,面部松弛情况得到明显改善,面部轮廓自然、协调、美观,患者对术后的整体效果均表示满意。结论自体脂肪填充联合线雕能明显改善面部凹陷伴面部皮肤松弛患者的面部轮廓,达到功能与形态完美结合的目的,是一种创伤小、效果好、安全性高、恢复时间短的面部塑形手术,符合整形外科的美容理念。
Objective To explore the effect of autologous fat filling joint line carving on improving facial depression and tightness of the skin and making facial rejuvenation.Methods In July,2016,the facial autologous fat was used to populate the joint line carvings to treat 34 patients with facial sagging with facial skin.All 34 patients in this group were female.Age 32～45,average 38 years old.The patients in this study were evaluated for facial depression and facial skin relaxation prior to the operation.Results Postoperative incision were Ⅰ healing,no obvious blood stasis swelling,facial uneven,dysfunction.In patients undergoing surgery for strictly follow up,postoperative follow-up time ranged from 3 months to 12 months,the average follow-up time was 10 months,follow-up results showed that patients with postoperative facial sag,dramatically improve facial flabby condition,natural,harmonious and beautiful facial contour,satisfied with the overall effect of postoperative patients.Conclusion Autologous fat fill the joint line carve can significantly improve facial depression of patients with facial skin flabby with facial contour,achieve perfect combination of function and form,is a kind of small trauma,good effect,high security,short recovery time of facial plastic surgery,in accordance with plastic surgery beauty concept.
