生理海水冲洗对鼻内镜术后患者鼻腔护理效果观察

摘要
目的观察生理海水冲洗对鼻内镜术后患者的鼻腔护理效果。方法选出我院2017年7月到2018年7月期间收治的64例鼻内镜术后患者,按照不同鼻腔护理方法将其分为盐水组与海水组,每组都为32例,盐水组应用生理盐水冲洗鼻腔,海水组应用生理海水冲洗鼻腔,对比两组患者的疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果海水组患者护理后的VAS评分低于盐水组,差异显著(P<0.05);海水组的护理满意度(96.9%)高于盐水组(84.4%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论生理海水冲洗对鼻内镜术后患者的鼻腔护理效果显著,可明显缓解患者疼痛,提高护理满意度,值得临床推行。
Objective To observe the effect of physiological seawater irrigation on nasal cavity nursing of patients after endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods 64 patients with nasal endoscopy from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected and divided into saline group and seawater group according to different nasal nursing methods. Each group had 32 cases. Saline group used saline to wash nasal cavity, and seawater group used seawater to wash nasal cavity. The pain degree and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS score of the seawater group after nursing was lower than that of the saline group, the difference was significant(P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the seawater group(96.9%) was higher than that of the saline group(84.4%), the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of physiological seawater irrigation on nasal cavity nursing of patients after endoscopic sinus surgery is remarkable. It can obviously relieve pain and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical implementation.
