不同背景气体对SF_6分解产物检测结果影响的研究

摘要
为了探索混合气体中SF_6分解产物的检测技术,了解不同背景气体对SF_6分解产物检测结果的影响,文中对比研究了CF_4/SF_6、N_2/SF_6等不同混合气体与纯SF_6为背景气体条件下,SO_2、H_2S、CO等SF_6分解产物检测结果的差异,研究表明,不同背景气体对SF_6分解产物的检测结果影响不同,文中通过分析拟合得出了CF_4/SF_6、N_2/SF_6混合气体对SF_6分解产物的检测结果的影响系数,并建立了几种CF_4/SF_6、N_2/SF_6混合气体为背景气体与纯SF_6为背景气体条件下SF_6分解产物转换的数学模型。
        In order to explore the testing technology of SF_6 decomposition product,and the influence of different,background gas on the test results of SF_6 decomposition product. The difference of SF_6 decomposition product test between different background gas,such as CF_4/SF_6 and N_2/SF_6,are experimental study. And the SF_6 decomposition product includes SO_2,H_2S and CO. The research shows that there are difference influence on SF_6 decomposition product test resulte by different background. In this paper,the influencing coefficient between mixture background gas(CF_4/SF_6 and N_2/SF_6) and pure SF_6 background gas are get by analyzing and fitting. And the mathematical transformation model between mixture background gas(CF_4/SF_6 and N_2/SF_6) and pure SF_6 background gas are set up and verified.
