摘要
研究狼爪瓦松提取物对伤寒杆菌和痢疾杆菌的抑菌效果及机理.实验结果表明:乙酸乙酯相、石油醚相和氯仿相对伤寒杆菌和痢疾杆菌有明显的抑菌效果,与对照组相比差异极显著(p<0.01),各提取物对实验菌的最小抑菌质量浓度(MIC)差异较大,乙酸乙酯和石油醚提取液对伤寒杆菌的MIC为1.5 mg/mL,乙酸乙酯提取液对痢疾杆菌的MIC为1mg/mL;各种瓦松提取液作用于伤寒杆菌和痢疾杆菌可导致菌体内有电解质渗透,与对照组相比差异显著(p<0.05),即瓦松提取液可能通过干扰细菌细胞壁的合成以及抑制生物被膜的形成而抑制伤寒杆菌和痢疾杆菌生长,其抑制作用随提取液质量浓度的提高及作用时间的延长而提高.
        We studied the antibacterial effects and mechanism of extracts from Orostachys cartilaginous A.Bor on Salmonella typhoon and Shigella dysenteric.The experimental results show that there are obvious antibacterial effects of ethyl acetate,petroleum ether and chloroform phases on S.typhoon and S.dysenteric.Compared with the control group,the difference is very significant(p<0.01).The minimum inhibitory mass concentration(MIC)of the extracts on the experimental bacteria are obviously different.The MIC of ethyl acetate and petroleum ether extract on S.typhoon are 1.5 mg/mL,and the MIC of ethyl acetate on S.dysenteric is 1 mg/mL.O.cartilaginous A.Bor may inhibit growth of S.typhoonand S.dysenteric by interfering with the synthesis of cytoderm and inhibition of biofilm formation.The antibacterial effects increase with the increase of the mass concentration of the extract and the prolonging of the action time.
