摘要
扫描水性胶黏剂的近红外谱图,同时采用烘箱法收集其不挥发物含量(固含量)作为原始数据,建立校正模型,最终建立了NIRS(近红外)测定水性胶黏剂中不挥发物含量的方法。采用MSA验证了测量系统可靠性,正态分布和T检验证明了两种方法之间没有显著差异。NIRS具有8 min出具分析结果和无需前处理的优点。快速、高效的出具准确的数据,这就很有利于工艺的生产调整,能更好的服务于生产。
The near infrared spectra of water-borne adhesives were scanned,and the nonvolatile content(solid content) of water-borne adhesives was collected by oven method as the original data. The calibration model was established.The NIRS(near infrared) method was established to determine the nonvolatile content of water-borne adhesives. MSA was used to verify the reliability of the measurement system. Normal distribution and T test showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods. NIRS had the advantages of 8 min analysis and no pretreatment.
