摘要
目的:通过X线、超声及MRI影像,对膝骨关节炎诊断的价值进行对比分析。方法 :本次研究所采取的是回顾性的方式,结合2017年1月—207年12期间,我院所收治的52例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,对患者的临床资料进行整理和分析。患者入院治疗时,分别进行X线、超声、MRI影像进行检查,并对检查结果进行对比。结果:在骨性病变上,X线的检出率高,如骨质疏松、钙化、关节间隙狭窄、骨质增生等,在非骨性病变上MRI、超声的检出率高,如肌腱肿胀、滑膜腔积液、滑膜增生等。而MRI和超声相比,在滑膜炎、腘窝囊肿上,超声检出率由于MRI,在关节内韧带上,MRI由于超声。所有检测对比差异具有统计学意义,(P <0.05)。结论:X线、超声及MRI影像三种诊断方式中,都各自具有优势和特点,并且在诊断过程能够相互补充不足,结合所有的检测结果可以看出,X线针对于骨性病变的检出率较高,MRI和超声对于非骨性病变的检出率较高。其中超声检测优势比较明显,主要体现在操作简便快捷,费用较低,对患者的影响小,在膝骨关节炎的诊断中,具有较高的准确性和诊断优势。
        Objective The diagnostic value of knee osteoarthritis was compared and analyzed by X-ray, ultrasound and MRI images. Methods The research adopted a retrospective approach. From January 2017 to December 2007, 52 patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated in our hospital. The clinical data were collated and analyzed. The patients were examined by X-ray, ultrasonography and MRI, and the results were compared. Results In bone lesions, the X-ray detection rate is high, such as osteoporosis, calcification, joint space narrowing, bone hyperplasia, etc. In non-bone lesions, the detection rate of MRI and ultrasound is high, such as tendon swelling, synovial cavity effusion, synovial hyperplasia, etc. Compared with ultrasound, in synovitis and popliteal cyst, the detection rate of ultrasound is due to MRI, in the intra-articular ligament, and MRI is due to ultrasound. There were significant differences in all the tests. Conclusion X-ray, ultrasound and MRI have their own advantages and characteristics, and can complement each other in the diagnosis process. Combining with all the test results, we can see that X-ray has a higher detection rate for bone lesions, while MRI and ultrasound have a higher detection rate for non-bone lesions.Among them, the advantages of ultrasound detection are obvious, mainly reflected in the simple and fast operation, low cost,little impact on patients, in the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis, with high accuracy and diagnostic advantages.
