摘要
<正>长期稳定是正畸医生追求的目标之一,由于静态咬合的标准统一,易于参考和执行,所以目前的稳定性研究大多集中于静态。然而,作为行使咀嚼功能的器官,牙齿的排列不应该脱离颅颌面系统单独考虑,因此越来越多的医生和学者开始考虑形态和功能之间的联系,提出了功能。功能包括的影响因素中,目前研究较多的有咬合、颅颌面神经肌肉以及髁突的位置,但都颇具争议没有定论。本文主要介绍以上几个因素与正畸稳定性之间的相关性,以及Roth功能的内容和争议。
