王军教授治疗糖尿病足合并坏死性筋膜炎经验

摘要
糖尿病足合并坏死性筋膜炎以其发病迅速、波及范围广、治疗困难、病死率高等特点成为临床危急重症,王军教授总结归纳的"急则治标、兼顾正气"内治原则和"固本箍毒、祛腐生新"外治原则在临床上取得了良好疗效,本文选取典型案例1例,阐述王军教授治疗糖尿病足合并坏死性筋膜炎的治疗经验,为糖尿病足合并坏死性筋膜炎的治疗提供一种行之有效的综合方法。
Diabetic foot combined with necrotizing fasciitis has become a clinical critical disease due to its rapid onset, wide spread, difficult treatment and high mortality. Professor Wang Jun has summed up his experience of applying the internal treatment principle "urgent measures should be taken to address the symptoms and give attention Zhengqi" and the external treatment principle "reinforce the root to hoop poison, remove the old to produce the new", which has achieved good clinical efficacy. In this paper, a typical case is selected to illustrate Professor Wang Jun's experience in the treatment of diabetic foot combined with necrotizing fasciitis and to provide an effective and comprehensive method for the treatment of diabetic foot combined with necrotizing fasciitis.
