摘要
介绍了在机动车清洗污泥多功能气浮系统的设计中,采用总功能分解的方法,并按照解决问题手段目的关系来分析分功能,将气浮系统设计为多功能,污泥絮凝、气浮、超声波处理联合作用,节省了装置占据的空间,提高了污泥絮凝、气浮以及后序脱水工序的效果和效率。
This paper introduces the method of general functional decomposition which is adopted in the design of the multifunctional air floatation system for disposing the sludge produced by cleaning vehicles. In accordance with the relationship between means and ends to analyze sub-functions so that the air floatation system is designed as multi-purpose. The combined effects of sludge flocculation, air flotation and ultrasonic treatment save the space occupied by the sludge disposal device, and improve the effect and the efficiency of the sludge flocculation, air flotation and the subsequent dewatering process.
