摘要
针对一种PVA纤维双卧轴搅拌器,利用Fluent软件对其内部流场进行数值模拟,分析了在梯形搅拌叶片作用下搅拌器内流场的湍流强度以及速度分布情况,对比分析了不同搅拌转速对流场分布规律的影响。结果表明,减小搅拌叶片间距和减小搅拌轴轴距均可增大流场的湍流强度,有助于纤维的分散;搅拌转速在650 r/min左右时,搅拌器分散效率最高。为纤维分散的流场特性研究及搅拌结构的优化提供一定参考价值。
        According to a PVA fiber double horizontal shaft mixer,the flow field was simulated by using the Fluent software,the turbulent intensity and the velocity distribution of the flow field in the mixer were analyzed,and the influence of differentstirring speed on the distribution of the flow field was analyzed. The results show that the turbulence intensity of the flow fieldcan be increased by decreasing the pitch of the stirring blades and reducing the wheelbase of the mixing shaft. This is helpfulto the dispersion of the fiber. The mixing efficiency is the highest when the stirring speed is about 650r/ min. This study pro-vides some reference value for the study of the flow field characteristics and the optimization of the mixing structure.
