摘要
本文以二苄基三硫代酯(DBTTC)作为可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)试剂,木犀草素为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,采用可逆加成-断裂链转移自由基聚合结合沉淀聚合法(RAFTPP)制备分子印迹聚合物。对该条件下制备的印迹聚合物(R-MIPs)与传统沉淀法制备的印迹聚合物(T-MIPs)进行吸附实验和吸附模型分析,测得吸附容量QR-MIPs为32.60mg/g,QT-MIPs为29.06mg/g。印迹聚合物主要形成二种结合位点,吸附行为符合Scatchard模型。将R-MIPs作为固相萃取填料,可用于花生壳中木犀草素的提取,效果良好。
        In this paper,molecularly imprinted polymers were prepared with dibenzyl trithioester(DBTTC)as the reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)reagent,luteolin as the template molecule,acrylamide as the functional monomer,using of reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer radical polymerization combined with precipitation polymerization(RAFTPP).Adsorption experiment and adsorption model analysis of the imprinted polymers(R-MIPs)prepared under the above conditions and the imprinted polymers(T-MIPs)prepared by the conventional precipitation method showed that the adsorption capacity QR-MIPs maxwas 32.60mg/g,and QT-MIPs maxwas 29.06mg/g.The imprinted polymer had two kinds of binding sites,and the adsorption behavior was accorded with Scatchard model.The R-MIPs as a solid phase extraction filler,could be used for extraction of luteolin in peanut shells,and the effect was good.
