碘对甲状腺疾病影响及机制的研究进展

摘要
碘参与人体内代谢,影响人体的生长发育。近年来,甲状腺疾病的诊断率和治疗水平逐渐提高。碘在甲状腺疾病的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。研究碘在甲状腺疾病中的代谢路径、病因机制,对甲状腺疾病和其他碘代谢疾病的预防、治疗均有一定作用。本文就碘对甲状腺疾病的影响及机制的研究进展作一综述。
        Iodine participates in the metabolism in human body,which is involved in the growth and development of human body.In recent years,the diagnostic rate of thyroid diseases and the treatment results have been improved gradually.Iodine plays an essential role in the occurrence and development of thyroid diseases.Therefore,the study of the metabolic pathway and the mechanism of iodine in thyroid diseases is of significance in the prevention and treatment of thyroid diseases and other metabolic diseases.This paper reviews the influence of iodine on thyroid diseases and its mechanism.
