摘要
目前临床上大多采用活动义齿、固定义齿以及种植体来修复缺失的牙齿,这些传统的修复方式存在生物相容性差、无法获得生理性牙周膜的缺陷。近年来,牙齿组织工程领域的大量研究实验使得采用组织工程技术修复牙齿缺失成为可能。牙齿组织工程学的定义是利用体外和体内单细胞,通过培养的方式获得整个牙齿的组织工程手段。该方法的关键是需要获得具有较强生长和分化潜能的种子细胞、合适的生物支架材料,进而构建有较强再生能力的细胞—支架复合体。
