摘要
Ezrin蛋白是ERM(ezrin、radixin、moesin)蛋白家族中的一员,是细胞膜和肌动蛋白细胞骨架之间重要的连接蛋白。在维持细胞形态、参与细胞运动、黏附、信号转导、调节凋亡、影响恶性肿瘤转移及预后等诸多方面均发挥重要作用。近年来,研究者发现Ezrin蛋白在调节胃酸分泌、参与内皮细胞的增殖及新生血管的形成、调节水平衡、维持内皮细胞孔径等很多方面均发挥作用。本文就Ezrin蛋白的生物学功能进行综述。
        Ezrin protein is a member of the ERM(ezrin, radixin, moesin) protein family and is an important connectin between the cell membrane and the actin cytoskeleton. It plays an important role in maintaining cell morphology, participating in cell movement, adhesion, signal transduction, regulating apoptosis, affecting malignant tumor metastasis and prognosis. In recent years, researchers have found that Ezrin protein plays a role in regulating gastric acid secretion, participating in the proliferation of endothelial cells and the formation of new blood vessels, regulating water balance, and maintaining the aperture of endothelial cells. In this paper, the biological function of Ezrin protein is reviewed.
