三甲医院高层次医学影像技术人才培养模式探讨

摘要
医学影像学科建设包括了影像技术人才的培养,科室发展必须全面提高影像技术人才的综合素质。医学影像技术高层次人才培养包括了工作能力、职称考试和学历提高。为了适应新时期医学发展对医学影像技术人才的要求,必须加强高层次医学影像技术人才的培养。
The construction of medical imaging discipline includes the cultivation of image technology talents, and the development of the departments must improve the comprehensive quality of the imaging technicians. High-level talents training of medical imaging technology includes work ability, title examination and academic qualifications. In order to meet the requirements on medical imaging technology talents in this new era, the cultivation of high-level medical imaging technology talents must be strengthened.
