摘要
目的考察手术室护士心理资本、职业承诺和主观幸福感之间的关系,并进一步探讨主观幸福感在手术室护士心理资本与职业承诺之间的中介作用。方法 2018年4—7月,选取武汉市8家三级综合医院的242名手术室护士,采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)、心理资本(PCQ)和职业承诺量表(OCQ)进行调查。结果手术室护士心理资本得分为4.21±0.75,主观幸福感得分为3.45±0.62,职业承诺得分为3.00±0.72;不同性别和年龄手术室护士心理资本得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、学历、婚姻状况、科室工作年限、职称及月收入手术室护士主观幸福感得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、科室工作年限、职称及月收入手术室护士职业承诺得分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);手术室护士主观幸福感与职业承诺之间呈正相关(r=0.463,P<0.01);心理资本与职业承诺之间呈正相关(r=0.576,P<0.01);心理资本与主观幸福感之间呈正相关(r=0.491,P<0.01),主观幸福感在手术室护士心理资本与职业承诺之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的20.23%。结论心理资本对手术室护士的职业承诺有重要影响,主观幸福感在心理资本对职业承诺的影响中起部分中介作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between psychological capital, occupational commitment and subjective wellbeing of nurses in operating room, further explore the mediating role of subjective well-being between psychological capital and professional commitment in operating room nurses. Methods A total of 242 operating room nurses from eight tertiary general hospitals in Wuhan City were surveyed using the Overall Well-Being Scale(GWB), Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PCQ),and Occupational Commitment Questionnaire(OCQ) from April to July in 2018. Results The score of psychological capital of operating room nurses was 4.21±0.75, the score of subjective well-being was 3.45±0.62, and the score of career commitment was3.00±0.72. There were statistically significant differences in the score of psychological capital among different groups in gender and age(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the score of subjective well-being among different groups in age, educational background, marital status, department working years, professional titles and monthly income(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the score of occupational commitment among different groups in age, department working years, professional titles and monthly inco me(all P<0.05). The subjective well-being in operating room nurses was positively correlated with professional commitment(r=0.463, P<0.01), psychological capital was positively correlated with professional commitment(r=0.576, P<0.01), and psychological capital was positively correlated with subjective well-being(r=0.491,P<0.01). The subjective well-being played a partial mediating role between psychological capital and occupational commitment of nurses in operating room, and the mediating effect accounted for 20.23% of the total effect. Conclusion Psychological capital has an important influence on the occupational commitment of nurses in operating room. Subjective well-being plays a partial mediating role in the influence of psychological capital on occupational commitment.
