摘要
介绍了用SIMATICS7-1214CPLC、步进电机驱动器和MCGS对步进电机监控系统的设计及实现.介绍了该控制系统的方案设计思路;设计程序流程图及硬件系统接线图,使用TIA博途软件编写PLC控制程序,MCGS组态软件完成监控环境组态。实验结果表明,该系统动态特性好,精度高,性能稳定,还可实现步进电机的运行状态可视化和控制智能化。
Design and implementation of stepper motor driver by using SIMATIC S7-1214C PLC and and MCGS stepper motor monitoring system. The principle diagram is analyzed, flow chart and wiring diagram of hardware system are given. PLC control system by the software Portal V13 and monitoring pictures of stepper motor through MCGS simulation operation are designed. Experimental results show that the system has good dynamic characteristics, high accuracy and stable performance. It realizes system mode visualization and intelligence control.
