MicroRNA与室性心律失常关系的研究进展

摘要
微小RNA(microRNA,简称miRNA)是长约22个核苷酸的小的非编码RNA,在各种生物过程中发挥重要作用,包括发育、分化、凋亡、细胞增殖和细胞衰老。近年研究发现,miRNA是心脏生理和病理条件的重要调节剂,多个miRNA与室性心律失常密切相关,包括miRNA-1(miR-1)、miR-21、miR-130a、miR-133、miR-208等。
