摘要
LDAR是国际上通用的减少石化、化工等行业VOCs无组织排放的技术方法,密封点建档是实施LDAR的基础,也是最重要的工作,通过核查评估发现密封点建档的错误造成检测困难、泄漏参数选择错误、标准适用性、修复与排放量核算等一系列问题,阐述了石化化工行业泄漏检测与修复评估过程中不同建档方式下经常出现的典型问题,总结这些问题造成的影响,给出了解决策略。
        LDAR is a general technology and way to reduce unorganized emissions of VOCs in petrochemical,chemical and other industries. Component code is foundation of implement LDAR,also the most important work. Based on examine and assess,it is found that the error of the component codes caused the detection difficulties,the leakage parameter select error,the standard apply,the repair and the discharge accounting,and so on. The typical problems often appeared in different component codes methods in the process of leak detection and repair assessment in petrochemical and chemical industry were described,the impacts of these problems were summed up and the solution strategies were given.
