摘要

学生参与教学管理是一种以学生为主体的教学管理模式,这种教学管理模式能更好的培养和发挥学生的主动性、能动性,是连接"学"与"教"的重要纽带,是高校"以生为本"教学理念的充分体现。学生参与教学管理模式的构建对于促进高校"教""学""管"的完美结合,促进高校教学水平和人才培养质量的提升具有重要的意义。
