摘要
以大截面异形组合钢板剪力墙为例,着重阐述钢板墙制作的重点及控制难点。针对钢板墙板材较薄,宽度大,焊接后波浪变形、鼓包变形、旁弯、扭曲等变形均较大的特点,通过选择合理的工艺制作流程,有效的焊接工艺以及变形控制及矫正等措施,有效地控制了构件的整体尺寸,实现构件的制作质量精度要求。
Taking the special shaped composite steel plate shear wall as an example,the key points and control difficulties in the steel plate wall production are expound. For the characteristics of steel plate wall like relatively thin plate,large width,large wave deformation,bulge deformation,side bend and twist after welding,some necessary measures such as a reasonable technological process,effective welding technology,deformation control and correction are took to control the size of component effectively and meet the manufacturing quality accuracy requirements of component.
