15味蒙药对4种血清型牛源致病性大肠杆菌体外抑菌效果研究

摘要
为了筛选具有抑制牛源致病性大肠杆菌的蒙药,采用水煎煮方法提取浑钦等15味蒙药的水提液,应用牛津杯法测定15味蒙药的抑菌圈直径,通过微量稀释法和平板法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明:浑钦和高勒图宝日对4种血清型牛源致病性大肠杆菌抑菌效果较好,均达到极度敏感或高度敏感;这两种蒙药对4种血清型牛源致病性大肠杆菌的MIC为0.016~0.125 g/mL,MBC为0.063~0.5 g/mL。说明蒙药浑钦和高勒图宝日有希望用于治疗大肠杆菌病的药物研发。
        In order to screen Mongolian herb medicine for inhibiting pathogenic E.coli from cattle, the water extract of 15 kinds of Mongolian herb medicines such as hunqin was extracted by water decoction. The diameter of inhibition zone was determined by Oxford cup method, micro dilution and plate method were determined by minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC).The result showed that hunqin and Gaoletubaori have a good antibacterial effect on pathogenic E.coli of four serotypes, both of which were extremely sensitive or highly sensitive.The MIC of these two Mongolian drugs against the four serotypes of bovine pathogenic E.coli was 0.016-0.125 g/mL, and the MBC was 0.063-0.5 g/mL. It indicates that the Mongolian herb medicine hunqin and Gaoletubaori are potential to be used in the development of drugs for the treatment of E.coli.
