摘要
文章介绍了采用火花直读光谱分析高碳钢中碳的含量,对碳测定值的不确定度分项进行了评估。结果表明,影响测量结果的主要不确定度分量为测量结果重复性的不确定度、工作曲线拟合的不确定度、类型标准化用标准物质定值的不确定度和直读光谱长期稳定性的不确定度。控制影响不确定度的主要因素,可以减少测量不确定度,保证分析结果准确性。该方法也适合高碳钢中其他元素的评定。
This paper introduces the analysis of carbon content in high carbon steel by direct reading spark spectrometry,and evaluates the uncertainty of carbon measurement. The results show that the main uncertainties affecting the measurement results are the uncertainty of repeatability of measurement results, the uncertainty of working curve fitting, the uncertainty of certified reference materials for type standardization and the uncertainty of long-term stability of direct reading spectra. Controlling the main factors affecting the uncertainty can reduce the measurement uncertainty and ensure the accuracy of the analysis results. This method is also suitable for the evaluation of other elements in high carbon steel.
