摘要
利用紫外—红外指纹图谱对箭叶淫羊藿和柔毛淫羊藿的根、茎及叶的质量差异进行研究.采用紫外可见分光光度计和红外光谱仪扫描10批箭叶淫羊藿及10批柔毛淫羊藿的根、茎及叶提取物,得到全波长图谱,建立对照指纹图谱,分别对根、茎及叶之间的紫外和红外对照指纹图谱进行相似度分析.实验结果表明,淫羊藿的根、茎及叶的紫外和红外对照指纹图谱相似度十分接近,大部分均高于0. 90,最低为0. 873,其根、茎及叶中所含化学物质种类相似.
The paper is going to study the quality difference of the root,the stem and the leaf of herba epimedium and pubescent epimedium by UV-IR fingerprint. Ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer and infrared spectrometer are used to scan the roots,stems and leaves of ten batches of herba epimedium and pubescent epimedium extract to obtain the full wavelength graph. Then,the control fingerprint is established. Similarity analysis is done respectively for the root,the stem and the leaf between UV and IR fingerprint. The results show that the similarity of the UV and IR control fingerprints of the root,the stem and the leaf of the epimedium is very close,most of which is higher than 0. 90 and among which,the lowest is 0. 873. The chemical substances contained in its roots,stems and leaves are similar.
