摘要
目的:研究CD14启动子-159位点基因多态性与中国朝鲜族2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者下肢动脉硬化(LLAS)之间的关联性。方法:选取诊断为T2DM的中国朝鲜族患者268例,彩色多普勒超声观察患者LLAS情况,将存在LLAS的患者分为无斑块和有斑块组,记录全部T2DM患者血液生化指标。采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术分析T2DM患者CD14启动子159位点的基因型。结果:比较无斑块和有斑块两组,CD14启动子-159位点上CC基因与CT及TT基因基因频率相比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示CD14启动子-159位点基因多态性与病程及吸烟同为下肢动脉硬化斑块(LLASP)形成的危险因素;CC纯合子基因型发生LLASP的风险高于CT杂合子及TT纯合子基因型患者。结论:CD14启动子-159位点基因多态性与中国朝鲜族T2DM患者并发LLAS存在相关性,其中CC纯合子基因是中国朝鲜族T2DM患者并发LLASP的遗传学风险因素。
