摘要

"现代学徒制"符合国家"加快构建现代职业教育体系""激发职业教育办学活力""提高人才培养质量"的要求,同时架起了学校与企业之间的桥梁,是高职院校实现校企深度融合创新人才培养模式的必由之路。本文总结分析了国内外现代学徒制发展的现状,提出了现代学徒制实施的背景和意义,进一步阐述了实施现代学徒制的具体任务。
        The modern apprenticeship accords with the requirement of "accelerating the construction of modern vocational education system","stimulating the vitality of vocational education" and "improving the quality of personnel training".At the same time,it sets up a bridge between schools and enterprises,and is the only way to realize the mode of innovative talents cultivation with school and enterprise.This paper summarizes the current situation of the development of modern apprenticeship at home and abroad,puts forward the background and significance of the implementation of modern apprenticeship,and further expounds the specific tasks of implementing modern apprenticeship.
