摘要

从现代学徒制的内涵入手,分析当前电子商务人才需求的现状、高职院校培养电商人才的困境和政策环境,指出了推动现代学徒制的必要性,从明确培养目标、构建"双主体"教学模式、课程体系、评价体系等方面提出了构建电子商务专业"双主体"现代学徒制人才培养模式的具体策略,并提出了深化高职电子商务专业现代学徒制的对策建议。
        Starting with the connotation of the modern apprenticeship system,this paper analyzes the current situation of the demand for electronic commerce talents,the dilemma and policy environment for the training of e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges,and points out the necessity of promoting the modern apprenticeship system.From the aspects of making clear the cultivation target,constructing the "dual subject teaching mode",the curriculum system and the evaluation system,this paper puts forward specific strategies for constructing the "double subjects"modern apprenticeship training mode of e-commerce major. And finally,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to deepen the modern apprenticeship of electronic commerce major in higher vocational education.
