摘要

江苏省职业院校旅游烹饪专业从项目出发,结合各地优势条件,主要选择性开拓了"三维路径"。"三维路径"在设计和举措上有相同或相似之处,不仅如此,还有相互衔接、相互渗透的趋势。必须做好课题项目,找准试点路径;抓住试点环节,突出多维建构;创新体制机制,化解试点问题;建构话语体系,打造底色亮点。
        Starting from the project and combining the advantages of various places, the Tourism and Cuisine specialty in Jiangsu vocational colleges has developed the "three-dimensional paths",which have similarities not only in design and measures, but also in the trend of convergence and infiltration. We must do a good job in the project, identify the pilot path, grasp the pilot link,highlight the multidimensional construction, make innovation in the system and mechanism, solve the pilot problem, and construct the discourse system.
