摘要

市政施工的现场管理是整个工程质量的决定性环节,当下市政工程的现场施工仍旧存在诸多的问题。因此,抓好市政工程的现场施工环节,对于整个工程的质量及社会效益都存在重要意义。通过分析现阶段市政施工现场管理存留的问题,提出相应的解决策略,并以钢筋下料最佳方案求解为例,引入运筹学的线性规划进入管理环节,以求得质量管理的提高。
        The on-site management of municipal construction is the decisive link of the whole project quality. At present,there are still many problems in the on-site construction of municipal engineering. Therefore,it is of great significance for the quality and social benefits of the whole project to do a good job in the field construction of municipal engineering. In this paper,through the analysis of the existing problems of municipal construction site management at this stage,and put forward the corresponding solutions. In order to improve the quality management,the solution of the best plan of steel cutting is taken as an example,and the linear programming of operational research is introduced into the management link.
