摘要

主要研究现代学徒制模式下,高职生就业能力方面的问题,现代学徒制试点工作目前是校企合作开展的,分析其对于高职生就业的能力是如何提升的,探索其提升的策略以及此模式下培养高职生就业能力方面的优势和不足之处。
        This paper mainly studies the problem of employment ability of higher vocational students under the modern apprenticeship mode. The pilot work of modern apprenticeship system is carried out by school-enterprise cooperation at present. It analyses how to improve the employment ability of higher vocational students, explores the strategies to improve it, and explores the advantages and disadvantages of training the employment ability of higher vocational students under this mode.
