新时代中国社会主要矛盾的转化——历史逻辑、理论维度和价值意蕴

摘要
党的十九大报告指出中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国社会主要矛盾已经转化。中国社会主要矛盾转化是在正确总结国内与国外、过去与现在、理论与现实的基础上得出的科学论断,它是历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑的有机统一。历史逻辑层面,社会主要矛盾转化的思想来源是对社会主要矛盾理论的历史继承与现实实践相结合的结果。理论逻辑层面,社会主要矛盾转化遵循马克思主义矛盾论、认识论和唯物史观的三个维度。实践逻辑层面,社会主要矛盾转化是基于国家发展的历史性、全局性变化作出的新论断,具有丰富的价值意蕴:从发展战略上看,体现了党在国家发展方向上向发展的全面性、协调性、可持续性的战略调整;从发展理念上看,体现了党在国家发展方式上高质量发展的路径选择;从人的发展上看,体现了党对每个人自由而全面的发展的关注;从社会进步上看,体现了党对人民经济生活、政治生活、文化生活等社会生活各个方面的关切。
It has been clearly stated in the report of the 19th National Congress of CPC that socialism with Chinese features has entered a new era,and the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved.The evolution of the principal contradiction is a scientific conclusion based on the correct summarization of domestic and foreign situations,the past and present experience as well as the relevant theories and practice.It is an organic unity with historical,theoretical and practical logic:1.theories of principal contradiction is unified with the history of Marxism development and the thought comes from the historical inheritance and realistic practice of judging the principal contradiction;2.the evolution follows three dimensions of Marxist contradiction,epistemology and historical materialism;3.the evolution is a new conclusion with rich value implications made by CPC according to the historical and overall changes of China.From the perspectives of the strategy,concept,individual development and social progress,it reflects the Party's comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable strategic adjustment for national development,embodies the Party's choice of high-quality developmental mode,shows the Party's concern about individual's freedom and all-round development as well as people's economic,political and cultural life.
