摘要
以"全脑教育"理论为指导,积极借鉴国内外有关人脑潜能开发的经验,从新角度思考柔力球项目发展的可能性。研究表明:"全脑型体育教学模式"可以为柔力球套路的创新提供科学参照,为柔力球的教学注入生机,为柔力球习练者运动潜能的开发提供可能。柔力球发展应打破人们长期惯用单侧肢体锻炼的思维模式,提倡两侧肢体运动,对于改进柔力球教学方法,完善套路体系、实现身体素质全面发展具有指导性意义。
Guided by the theory of " all-brain education" and actively drawing lessons from the experience of human brain potential development at home and abroad, the possibility of Taiji soft ball project development is considered from a new perspective. Research shows that the " whole brain sports teaching model" can provide scientific reference for the innovation of Taiji soft ball routines, inject vitality into the teaching of Taiji soft ball, and provide possibility for the development of exercise potential of Taiji soft ball practitioners.The development of Taiji soft ball should break people's long-standing thinking mode of one-sided limb exercise and advocate twosided limb exercise, which has guiding significance for improving teaching methods of Taiji soft ball, perfecting routine system and realizing all-round development of physical quality.
