摘要

从制度分隔,各部门之间缺乏必要的良性互动;职能弱化,医保服务缺乏有效的竞争机制;观念固化,医保工作缺乏思变创新;人才匮乏,医保管理缺乏有效执行力等4个方面剖析了当前医院医保管理中存在的问题,探讨大健康医疗背景下如何强化和落实定点医院医保管理的对策。
        The problems existed in the hospital medical insurance management were analyzed currently from four aspects: system division, different departments lacking no necessary benign interactions; function shortening, effective competitive system lacked in medical insurance service; concept solidification, the changes and innovations lacked in the work of medical insurance; talent shortage, effective implementation capacity lacked in medical insurance management and others, and the countermeasures of how to enhance and carry out medical insurance management in designated hospitals under the medical background of great health were discussed.
