摘要
主管道焊接是"华龙一号"建设阶段的重点工作,具有技术文件多、质量要求高、准备周期长等特点。"华龙一号"示范工程主管道焊接准备工作于正式焊接启动前一年开始,期间完成了焊接工艺评定制作、焊工考试、焊接技术文件准备、焊材评定和验收、施工方案编制等各项工作,确保了主管道焊接顺利启动。对"华龙一号"示范工程主管道焊接准备进行经验总结是十分必要的,为后续"华龙一号"项目主管道焊接准备工作提供了借鉴。
        The welding of primary piping is the key process in the construction stage of HPR1000, with many technical documents, high quality requirements and long preparation period. The welding preparation for the primary piping of the HPR1000 demonstration project started one year before the formal welding. During the period, the welding process qualification test, the welder examination, the welding technical documentation preparation, the welding material assessment and acceptance, and the construction program preparation were completed,which make sure that the welding of the primary piping started perfectly. It is necessary to summarize the welding preparation for the primary piping of HPR1000 demonstration project, which provides reference for the follow-up projects of HPR1000.
