摘要
为了解决服装吊挂系统多任务生产的优化调度问题,提出了一种基于Petri网的生产工序优化调度方法。根据服装吊挂系统的加工特点以及赋时库所Petri网的变迁发射规则,分析系统的多任务加工流程,得出多任务生产工序最优调度策略算法,并得到了工序的最优排列顺序和时刻。多组实例验证了该方法在服装柔性多任务生产工序优化方面的有效性。
        A process scheduling method based on Petri nets was proposed to optimize the multi-task production in garment hanging system.According to the processing characteristics of garment hanging systems and the transition firing rules of P-timed Petri nets,the multitask process flow was analyzed and the optimal scheduling policy algorithm was obtained.The optimal sequence and time of production process were also obtained according to the experiment analysis.The effectiveness of the proposed methods was illustrated by multiple sets of clothing multitask flexible production.
