摘要
<正>结肠癌(colon cancer)是消化道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,全世界每年有110万新发病例,约50万人因此死亡~([1]),从全球范围看,欧洲和北美发病率较高~([2])。但是随着我国人口老龄化、饮食结构脂肪成分增多以及结肠癌普查工作的开展,结肠癌在我国的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,发病年龄也有年轻化趋势~([3])。因此,降低我国结肠癌的发病率和死亡率是亟待解决的公共卫生问题。研究发现,结肠癌的预后与诊治时机密切相关,早
