摘要
随着高速铁路和重载运输的快速发展,对钢轨损伤现象尤其对钢轨表面接触磨耗的研究变得愈发重要.通过有限元软件ANSYS建立了轮轨接触的二维计算模型,施加载荷工况:改变轮重为10t—15t—10t;采用Chaboche随动强化模型,并通过剪切塑性应变累积及残余应力等力学参量来分析超载对钢轨磨耗的影响,为已有铁路线路的改造以及新线路的设计提供参考.
        With the rapid development of high-speed railways and overload transportation,the study of the damage behavior of rails,especially,of the wear of rail surfaces,becomes increasingly important.In this paper,a two-dimension calculation model is established by using the finite element software ANSYS.The load conditions are applied:changing the wheel weight to 10 t-15 t-10 t.Based on the Chaboche follow-up hardening model,the effect of overload on rails wear is analyzed by the shear plastic strain accumulation and residual stress,which can provide guidance for the transformation of existing railway lines and the design of new lines.
