摘要
在超声辅助条件下,用无水乙醇对江口县野生百合叶有效组分进行提取,并用GC-MS技术对其进行化学成分分析,鉴定出17种化合物,主要成分为:酯类化合物、酰胺类化合物、酚类化合物和烷烃类化合物等。其结果可为野生百合叶的生理活性研究和产品的开发应用提供理论依据。
Under the condition of ultrasound-assisted extraction, the effective components of wild lily leaves in Jiangkou County were extracted with absolute ethanol, and their chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. Seventeen compounds were identified. The main components were: esters and amides.Compounds, phenolic compounds, alkane compounds, and the like. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the physiological activity research and product development and application of wild lily leaves..
