基于数据挖掘的老年肺炎用药规律研究

摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件,分析治疗老年肺炎中药处方的用药规律。方法:收集2007年6月至2017年6月文献中治疗老年肺炎的中药处方,录入中医传承辅助平台,采用该软件集成的规则分析、改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类及无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,对文献有效处方进行分析。结果:对筛选出的108个有效处方进行分析,确定用药频次、归经及药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出5个新方组合。结论:中药治疗老年肺炎主要以清热化痰、止咳平喘、健脾益肺为法,药物归经主要为肺、脾、胃,常用药有甘草、黄芩、茯苓、苦杏仁、桔梗等,常用药物配伍和潜在新方等用药规律为老年肺炎的临床治疗提供参考。
Objective:To analyze the prescription principles for the treatment of senile pneumonia using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance support system. Methods:The prescriptions for treating senile pneumonia in the literature from June 2007 to June 2017 was collected and input into the TCM inheritance support system,and then the data were analyzed based on principle analysis,revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering composing principles. Results:Based on the analysis of 108 prescriptions retrieved,the medication frequency,meridian tropism and correlation rule of each medicinal were determined,and 5 new formula combinations were mined. Conclusion:The methods of clearing heat and resolving phlegm,relieving cough and dyspnea,invigorating spleen and benefiting lung play the key role for the treatment of senile pneumonia. On meridian tropism,such medicinals usually enter lung,spleen and stomach meridians. The common medicinals for the treatment of senile pneumonia include the Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),Fuling(Poria),Kuxingren(Armeniacae Semen Amarum),and Jiegeng(Platycodonis Radix). The combination of medicinals and new formulas can offer references for the treatment of senile pneumonia.
