摘要
电压源型换流器(voltage source converters,VSC)正常工作时会产生谐波,对电网造成污染。因此,有必要建立其谐波分析模型,分析谐波产生机理和相互作用规律。本文首先分析了单相二极管箝位三电平电压源型换流器时域下的数学模型且建立不同调制方式下开关函数的动态相量模型,并将单相三电平时域模型转化为动态相量谐波分析模型;然后基于龙格库塔法解得不同调制方式下,交流侧电流和直流侧电压各次谐波含量;接着,通过仿真分析,验证了所提出谐波分析模型的正确性;最后,通过分析单相三电平电压源型换流器的动态相量模型,揭示了交流侧电流和直流侧电压谐波产生的机理和相互影响规律。
        Voltage source converters(VSC)in operation generate harmonic,leading to pollution to the power grid.Thus,it is necessary to set up its harmonic analysis model in order to analyze its harmonic generation mechanism and interaction rule.In this paper,the mathematical model of single-phase-three-level neutral point clamped voltage source converter under time-domain is analyzed firstly,the dynamic phasor model of switching function at different modulations is set up and the time-domain model is transferred into the dynamic phasor harmonic analysis model.Then,contents of harmonic for current at AC side and voltage at DC side are obtained at different modulation on the basis of Runge-kutta method.After that,the correctness of the proposed harmonic analysis model is verified by simulation analysis and generation mechanism and interaction rule for the current at AC side and voltage at DC side is revealed through the analysis of the dynamic phasor model of the single-phase-three-level neutral point clamped voltage source converter.
