电子病历系统使用对医生工作要求的影响——基于医生诊疗过程视角

摘要
目的从医生诊疗过程的视角,探析电子病历系统使用对医生工作要求的影响内在机制,对工作要求前因变量进行研究。方法通过实证研究方法对电子病历系统使用对医生工作要求的影响内在机制进行剖析。结果实证研究发现:(1)电子病历系统的感知有用性、感知易用性对医生感知诊疗过程复杂性起正向影响,(2)电子病历系统的感知有用性对医生感知诊疗过程刚性起正向影响,(3)医生感知诊疗流程的复杂性、刚性正向影响医生感知工作要求变化。结论构建医生工作要求研究模型,探究工作要求前因变量,弥补现有研究的不足,为降低医生工作要求提供建议。
Objective From the perspective of doctor's diagnosis and treatment process, to explore the intrinsic mechanism of the influence of the use of electronic medical record system on doctor's work requirements,and to study the pre-dependent variables of work requirements. Methods Empirical study was conducted to analyze the intrinsic mechanism of the impact of the use of electronic medical record system on doctors' work requirements. Results Empirical stu dies showed that:(1) Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of electronic medical record system had positive effects on physicians perceived process complexity.(2) Perceived usefulness of electronic medical record system had positive effects on physicians' perceived process rigidity.(3) Complexity and rigidity of doctors' perceived diagnosis treatment process positively affects doctors' perception of job demands. Conclusion Research model of doctor's work requirement should be constructed,the antecedent variables of work requirement be explored,and the deficiency of existing research be made up to provide suggestions for reducing doctor's work demands.
