两种高粘改性沥青老化前后流变性能分析

摘要
为了分析2种高粘改性沥青老化前后的流变性能变化规律,分别制备了10%、12%、14%改性剂掺量的TPS高粘度改性沥青和SINOTPS高粘度改性沥青,通过测试4种温度下的布氏粘度外推得到的60℃粘度(动力粘度),然后按照不同的对比方法,比较其流变性能。结果表明:未老化前改性剂掺量为10%、12%、14%时,国产的SINOTPS高粘度改性沥青动力粘度分别大于、相当于、小于TPS高粘度改性沥青;在TFOT老化后(5 h),2种改性剂掺量在12%的时候粘度最好,在PAV老化下,SINOTPS表现出比TPS更高的动力粘度。
        In order to analyze the changes of rheological properties of two kinds of high viscosity modified asphalt before and after aging,TPS high viscosity modified asphalt and SINOTPS high viscosity modified asphalt with 10%,12% and 14% modifiers were prepared respectively. The viscosity of 60 ℃( dynamic viscosity) was obtained by extrapolation of Brinell viscosity at four temperatures measured,and the rheological properties of the viscosity were compared according to different contrast methods. The results show that the dynamic viscosity of domestic SINOTPS high viscosity modified asphalt is greater than,is equal to,and smaller than that of TPS high viscosity modified asphalt respectively,when the content of modifier is 10%,12% and 14% before aging. After aging of TFOT( 5 h),the viscosity of the two modifiers was the best when the content of the two modifiers was 12%. Under the aging of PAV,the dynamic viscosity of SINOTPS was higher than that of TPS.
