中频电炉的安全管理与突发故障的应急处理

摘要
论述了中频电炉的安全管理与突发故障的应急处理。通过采取一系列的安全管理措施,包括加大安全技术改造、安全管理"三字经"培训、管理控制生产流程,排查安全隐患、辨识熔炼和浇注危险因素等,重点做好安全生产预防工作。当生产过程中瞬间发生故障时,采取相应措施进行应急处理,控制事故扩大,保障中频电炉的安全生产。
The safety management of the medium-frequency electric furnace and the emergency treatment were discussed. To eliminate safety risks, identify risk factors for melting and pouring, especially to focus on the prevention work for safety production, a series of safety measures are adopted, including increased safety technical innovation, and Three Character Classic training for safety, and control of production processes. When emergency failure happens during the production process, appropriate measures shall be taken to deal with the emergencyand prevent the expansion of the accident, and to insure the furnace production safety.
