开环式微创痔上黏膜切除吻合术治疗痔疮的效果及对患者疼痛情况的影响

摘要
目的探讨开环式微创痔上黏膜切除吻合术(TST)治疗痔疮的效果及对疼痛情况的影响。方法选取本院2017年2月至2018年3月收治的76例痔疮患者为研究对象,根据手术方式不同将其分为对照组(38例,外切内扎术治疗)和试验组(38例,TST治疗)。比较两组肛管直肠压力及VAS评分。结果术后1个月,试验组肛管最大收缩压和静息压均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、7、14 d,试验组VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过TST治疗痔疮,对患者肛管直肠压力的影响小,且术后疼痛轻,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of tissue-selecting therapy stapler on the hemorrhoids and its effect of pain. Methods A total of 76 patients with hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control group(38 cases, external endogenous ligation treatment) and experimental group(38 cases, TST treatment) according to different surgical methods. The anorectal pressure and the score of VAS were compared between the two groups. Results At one month after operation, the maximum systolic pressure and resting pressure of the anal canal in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). At 1, 7, 14 d after operation, the scores of VAS in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Tissue-selecting therapy stapler on the hemorrhoids patients has little influence on anorectal pressure, with pain after the operation, which is deserved to promotion.
