针刺“安神穴组”治疗老年痴呆患者睡眠障碍临床研究

摘要
目的:观察针刺"安神穴组"治疗老年性痴呆(AD)患者睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年1月至12月山东省中医院针灸科门诊、脑病科病房资料完整的AD患者40例,随机分为两组各20例,治疗组使用"安神穴组"针刺治疗,对照组使用普通穴位组针刺,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:对照组总有效率75%,治疗组总有效率90%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分治疗组(5.600±4.650)分,对照组(10.500±5.226)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"安神穴组"针刺治疗AD患者对改善睡眠障碍疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at "anshen acupoint group" on sleep disorder in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD). Methods:Forty AD patients treated in the acupuncture clinic and the encephalopathy ward of Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,with 20 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with "anshen acupoint group" acupuncture,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupoint group acupuncture. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate in the control group was 75%,while in the treatment group it was 90%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) score was 5.600±4.650 in the treatment group,while it was 10.500±5.226 in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture at "anshen point group"is effective on improving sleep disorders in patients with AD.
