金匮百合地黄汤在老年代谢综合征中的应用

摘要
代谢综合征患者心血管事件和2型糖尿病的发病率分别是非代谢综合征患者的2~3倍和5倍,而年龄与代谢综合征的发病率又呈正相关,因此,老年代谢综合征就更加值得关注。中医古籍尚无对该病的具体论述,笔者发现,百合地黄汤与老年代谢综合征或有某些相关性,文章从基础理论结合现代研究、援以案例对二者关系进行了论述。
        The incidence of cardiovascular events and type 2 diabetes in patients with metabolic syndrome are 2-3 times and 5 times, respectively than non-metabolic syndrome, and the age is positively correlated with the incidence of metabolic syndrome, therefore, the elderly metabolic syndrome deserves more attention. There is no specific discourse of this disease in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine. The author found that there was some correlation between the Baihe Dihuang Decoction and geriatric metabolic syndrome. The paper discussed the relationship between the basic theory combined with modern research and cases studies.
