自制艾盐包配合自由体位在第一产程的应用效果研究

摘要
目的探讨自制艾盐包配合自由体位在第一产程中的应用效果。方法将我院150例产妇随机分为对照组、观察组A和观察组B,每组50例。观察组A于第一产程采用自由体位;观察组B于第一产程采用艾盐包热熨配合自由体位;对照组于第一产程运用传统常规卧位。比较三组产妇镇痛效果、分娩结局(剖宫产率)。结果观察组B产妇的镇痛有效性明显高于对照组、观察组A (P<0.01和P<0.05);三组的分娩结局无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论自制艾盐包配合自由体位应用第一产程可有效减轻分娩疼痛,提高产妇在第一产程中的舒适度,但对最终的分娩结局无明显的区别。
Objective To explore the application effect of self-made Ai salt bag combined with free body position in the first stage of labor. Methods 150 puerpera in our hospital were randomly divided into control group, observation group A and observation group B, with 50 cases in each group. Observation group A was given a free body position in the first stage of labor; observation group B was given Ai salt bag hot iron combined with the free body position in the first stage of labor; the control group was given the traditional conventional lying position in the first stage of labor. The analgesic effects and delivery outcomes(Cesarean section rate) were compared between the three groups of puerpera.Results The analgesic effectiveness in the observation group B was significantly higher than that in the control group and the observation group A(P<0.01 and P<0.05); there were no statistically significant differences in the delivery outcomes between the three groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The self-made Ai salt bag combined with free body position applied in the first stage of labor can effectively alleviate the pain of childbirth and improve the comfort of the puerpera in the first stage of labor, but there is not much difference in the final delivery outcome.
