靖海湾和五垒岛湾三疣梭子蟹增殖放流对资源补充效果的比较分析

摘要
根据2010—2016年在靖海湾与五垒岛湾进行的三疣梭子蟹放流前本底调查和放流后跟踪调查结果,对比分析靖海湾与五垒岛湾三疣梭子蟹苗种的贡献率及成活率.调查结果表明,靖海湾与五垒岛湾三疣梭子蟹自然群体资源量均较低,2010—2016年靖海湾三疣梭子蟹放流群体资源贡献率分别为50%,80%,90%,60%,81. 25%,76. 36%和92. 31%,五垒岛湾三疣梭子蟹放流群体资源贡献率为分别为60%,50%,75%,75%,95%,85. 71%和72. 73%,放流群体贡献率较大.近7年,靖海湾三疣梭子蟹苗种成活率分别为12. 86%,16. 33%,14. 24%,11. 37%,24. 87%,70. 32%和68. 88%,五垒岛湾苗种成活率分别为6. 86%,3. 42%,5. 68%,5. 84%,37. 76%,23. 85%和30. 86%,靖海湾放流苗种成活率略高于五垒岛湾.通过靖海湾与五垒岛湾三疣梭子蟹放流效果对比分析得出,增殖放流对三疣梭子蟹资源有极大的补充作用.
        The original survey before releasing and the tracking survey after releasing of Portunus trituberculatus were conducted in Jinghai Bay and Wuleidao Bay in 2010—2016. The contribution rate and survival rate of Portunus trituberculatus seedling in Jinghai Bay and Wuleidao Bay were analyzed based on the results of this survey. The survey results showed that resource of wild population in the two bays was low. From 2010 to 2016,the contribution rate of releasing population of Portunus trituberculatus seedling were 50%,80%,90%,60%,81. 25%,76. 36%and 92. 31%,respectively,in Jinghai Bay. While the contribution rate of releasing population of Portunus trituberculatus seedling were 60%,50%,75%,75%,95%,85. 71% and 72. 73%,respectively,in Wuleidao Bay.This suggests that the contribution rate of releasing population was high. In addition,during 7 years,the survival rates of seedling were 12. 86%,16. 33%,14. 24%,11. 37%,24. 87%,70. 32% and 68. 88%,respectively,in Jinghai Bay. The survival rates of seedling were 6. 86%,3. 42%,5. 68%,5. 84%,37. 76%,23. 85% and30. 86%,respectively,in Wuleidao Bay. On the whole,the survival rates in Jinghai Bay were higher than those in Wuleidao Bay. Further analysis results showed that the enhancements of Portunus trituberculatus played important roles in resource supplement.
