难治性青光眼采用改良Ahmed青光眼阀治疗的术后护理

摘要
目的总结改良Ahmed青光眼阀治疗难治性青光眼的术后护理措施并就效果做出评价。方法选择2017年1月～2018年5月科室收治的40例难治性青光眼患者为对象,均接受改良Ahmed青光眼阀治疗,术后为患者实施综合性护理干预,总结护理措施,对比护理前后患者的眼部情况,评价护理效果。结果经过治疗和护理干预后,患者的视力提高、眼压下降,各项视盘结构参数均明显改善,前后对比均得到P<0.05,具有统计学意义。所有患者均对术后护理表示出良好依从和较高的满意度。结论 Ahmed青光眼阀治疗难治性青光眼术后为患者实施综合护理干预可促进眼部功能恢复。
Objective To summarize the postoperative nursing measures of improved Ahmed glaucoma valve for refractory glaucoma and evaluate the effect. Methods 40 cases of refractory glaucoma patients admitted to the department from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the objects. All of them received improved Ahmed glaucoma valve treatment. After surgery, comprehensive nursing intervention was implemented for the patients. Results After treatment and nursing intervention, the visual acuity of the patients was improved, the intraocular pressure was decreased, and the structural parameters of optic disc were significantly improved. P<0.05 was obtained after the comparison, which was statistically significant. All patients showed good compliance and high satisfaction with postoperative care. Conclusion Ahmed glaucoma valve for the treatment of refractory glaucoma postoperative comprehensive nursing intervention for patients can promote the recovery of eye function.
