摘要

<正>1 病历资料患者男,35岁,2015年4月13日就诊于我院眼科,诉左眼外伤后眼球缺如12年,眼部检查:右眼矫正视力5.0,非接触眼压20 mmHg,余未见明显异常。左眼球缺如,左眼眶上方隆起,质软,轻触痛。行眼眶CT检查示双侧眶内侧壁陈旧性骨折,左侧眼球突入左侧上颌窦(图1),额窦内软组织密度影。耳鼻喉科会诊:额窦内软组织密度影为额窦囊肿,暂无需特殊处理。眼科诊断:左眼外伤性眼球脱位。目前患者眼部无明显不适,嘱患者随诊观察。
